Karen Lanier - Broker/Owner

I’m a real estate broker serving West Tennessee and North Mississippi, and I truly love what I do. After more than 30 years in education, I’ve found that real estate isn’t all that different from teaching — it’s about educating people, motivating them, and helping everyone work together to reach a goal. At Lanier Realty, our team of seven experienced agents is ready to meet any real estate need — from first-time home buyers to farms, land, and investment properties. We know this area because we live here, work here, and care about the people who call it home. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me renovating — whether it’s a flip house or our 1919 office building in downtown Middleton that we’re bringing back to life as part of the community’s history. Born and raised in West Tennessee, I call Middleton home and know every corner of Hardeman County. With a background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, I understand homes from the ground up. I currently serve as a local bank manager which goes right along with real estate—two roles that allow me to help you reach their goals. My specialty is land. Whether you’re buying property to hunt on or to build your dream home, I’ve got you covered. I love hunting, fishing, and exploring the fields, woods, and backroads of West Tennessee. Taylor Hill - Affiliate Broker

Born and raised in Corinth, Mississippi, I bring both local roots and valuable experience from my time in Chattanooga to every client I serve. I now focus on helping buyers and sellers across West Tennessee. I especially love working with first-time homebuyers and guiding them through each step of the process. I recently bought my own home and enjoy renovation projects to make it my own, which helps me relate to clients who are doing the same. My personality is upbeat and friendly, and I’m passionate about helping people find a place they truly love. When I’m not working in real estate, you can find me at the Downtown Corinth Coliseum or hanging around town with my dog, Morley.

Clayton Dixon - Affiliate Broker

I was born and raised in Tennessee and have always enjoyed working outdoors. I grew up pouring concrete and doing construction with my dad, and I still help him out from time to time. I graduated from UT Martin with a degree in Natural Resources Management, where I learned about the great resources Tennessee land has to offer. I currently work for the state as a septic inspector, permitting and approving septic systems for new and existing properties. I’ve enjoyed sales ever since high school when I was in DECA, and I’m excited to bring that passion to real estate with Lanier Realty. I enjoy working with people and building relationships while using the knowledge and skills I’ve gained over the years to help clients find their dream property or get the most out of their land when it’s time to sell.

Kailey Bizzel - Affiliate Broker

I’ve lived in Middleton my whole life—born and raised here, and still proud to call it home. Growing up, my parents taught me the value of hard work, a lesson I carry with me every day. I got into real estate because I’ve always loved homes—especially fixer uppers. I enjoy seeing the potential in a house and helping others turn it into something special. I’m easy to talk to, organized, and task-oriented. I stay on top of things, show up on time, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
